Kjo eshte nje prove per korporatat e medha, bizneset, sistemet dhe njerezit per te kuptuar qe sa me shume te perplasesh me token aq me shume duhet te ringrihesh. Jeta eshte e paparashikueshme dhe kjo e ben ate akoma me te bukur, me terheqese, me misterioze dhe me unike. Ky eshte momenti i duhur per cdo person qe mos te hezitoje persa i perket arritjes se endrrave te tyre, investimeve te tyre, hapave te suksesshem te tyre dhe cdo gje tjeter qe mund ta kete mbajtur peng deri tani.<\/p>\n<p>Pasuria e Paluajtshme ne kete moment eshte pasqyra e vertete per te kuptuar nese armiku yne i padukshem po lind nje krize ne treg. Por kjo krize ndodh nese ju vete e lejoni depertimin e ketij fenomeni ne shoqerite tona. Nisja e vitit 2020 erdhi me vajtim nga &#8220;Nentori 2019&#8221; me nje fatkeqesi natyrore qe goditi vendin tone dhe sefundmi po goditemi me deme social-ekonomik-financiare ne vendin tone si pasoje e ketij armiku te panjohur qe nuk eshte asgje tjeter vecse nje shtyse drejt kurajos, guximit dhe vendosjes per te ecur perpara.<\/p>\n<p>Pallatet ne ndertim jane te paret qe do te ndjejne nje indiferentizem nga bleresit e mundshem. Investimet e huaja po ashtu jane ne nje ngerc si pasoje e masave te marra te shtetit tone muajin e fundit sikurse nuk perjashtohet dhe fakti i krizes social-ekonomike ne vendin e tyre. Investitoret vendas mund te fokusohen tek pronat qe po hasin veshtiresi ne shlyerje kredish si pasoje e renies se fuqise qiramarrese ndaj tregut, si rrjedhoje pronat mund te kerkojne shpetime te tipit &#8220;okazion&#8221;!<\/p>\n<p>Bankat ndoshta kete periudhe kane hasur fluks pune por jo ai fluks qe do te deshironin te kishin-&gt; &#8221; Te japin qe te marrin&#8221;. Sektori i kredise mund te kete renie per dy arsye te thjeshta:<\/p>\n<p>1. Pasoja e riskut, mosshlyerja e kredise si pasoje e krizes ekonomike qe kaploi vendin dhe coi ne mbyllje te tregut per afro 40 dite.<\/p>\n<p>2.
